By using the Albert Lee Appliance / http://www.albertlee.biz website you (the “Customer”) agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement, you should immediately cease all usage of this website. We reserve the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update the terms and conditions of this agreement without prior notice. Modifications shall become effective immediately upon being posted at Albert Lee Appliance / http://www.albertlee.biz website. Your continued use of the Service after amendments are posted constitutes an acknowledgement and acceptance of the Agreement and its modifications. Except as provided in this paragraph, this Agreement may not be amended.
Description of Service
Albert Lee Appliance is providing Customer with product and order information. Customer must provide (1) all equipment necessary for their own Internet connection, including computer and modem and (2) provide for Customer’s access to the Internet, and (3) pay any fees relate with such connection.
Intended for Users that are Residents of North America and are Over 18.
Our services are available and may only be used by, individuals who are residents of North America and who are 18 years and older who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, that you reside in North America, and that all registration information You submit is accurate and truthful. You agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
Not for use by Residents of the European Union.
We do not accept customers who are residents of the European Union. This website may not be used by any resident of the European Union.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The site is provided by Albert Lee Appliance on an “as is” and on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Albert Lee Appliance makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the use or the results of this web site in terms of its correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. Albert Lee Appliance shall have no liability for any interruptions in the use of this Website. Albert Lee Appliance disclaims all warranties with regard to the information provided, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Indemnification
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Albert Lee Appliance, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of Customer’s use of the Service, the violation of this Agreement, or infringement by Customer, or other user of the Service using Customer’s computer, of any intellectual property or any other right of any person or entity.
Modifications and Interruption to Service
Albert Lee Appliance reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice to the Customer. Albert Lee Appliance shall not be liable to Customer or any third party should Albert Lee Appliance exercise its right to modify or discontinue the Service. Customer acknowledges and accepts that Albert Lee Appliance does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to our website and operation of our website may be interfered with or adversely affected by numerous factors or circumstances outside of our control.

Our website may include links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by online merchants and other third parties. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for the availability of, or the content located on or through, any third-party site. Pricing and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Botnets
Albert Lee Appliance retains the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate any accounts involved with botnets and related activities. If any hostnames are used as command and control points for botnets, Albert Lee Appliance reserves the right to direct the involved hostnames to a honeypot, loopback address, logging facility, or any other destination at our discretion.
Other Terms
If any provision of this Terms of Use Agreement shall be unlawful, void or unenforceable for any reason, the other provisions (and any partially-enforceable provision) shall not be affected thereby and shall remain valid and enforceable to the maximum possible extent. You agree that this Terms of Use Agreement and any other agreements referenced herein may be assigned by Albert Lee Appliance, in our sole discretion, to a third party in the event of a merger or acquisition. This Terms of Use Agreement shall apply in addition to, and shall not be superseded by, any other written agreement between us in relation to your participation as a Customer. Customer agrees that by accepting this Terms of Use Agreement, Customer is consenting to the use and disclosure of their personally identifiable information and other practices described in our Privacy Policy Statement [if applicable] located here.
Terms and Conditions of Sale
At the time of delivery or pickup, we will request that you inspect and acknowledge the condition of your merchandise. You may refuse your merchandise if there is any damage not previously disclosed. If the merchandise is delivered and installed, your acknowledgement will include the installation and working condition of the merchandise.
All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. In the event of an operational defect or failure, a factory authorized service call is required. The Manufacturer reserves the right to repair or replace merchandise at their discretion. Exchanging product without a factory authorized service call will result in a restocking fee.
RETURN POLICY
Regularly stocked items purchased from Albert Lee Appliance may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of the date of purchase for a full refund minus a restocking fee*, provided the item is in the original unopened, undamaged factory sealed box.
Opened/Uncrated Merchandise may only be returned with prior management approval and must include all packaging. Opened/Uncrated Merchandise will only be returned for in-store credit towards another purchase minus a restocking fee*.
You are responsible to inspect all you appliances upon delivery or pickup. Albert Lee will uncrate your appliances for inspection prior to finalizing your delivery or pickup. If you request your items to be left crated, then you assume all responsibility for any concealed damage. We are unable to repackage your appliance back to manufacturer specifications. Merchandise damaged after delivery or pickup is not returnable.
Delivery and Installation Charges are not refundable. Additional delivery or installation charges may be applied for all replacement, exchanged, returned or improperly installed appliances.
Special Order & Clearance Product is not returnable.
No returns or exchanges after 30 days.

Warming Drawers
Ventilation Merchandise
Any Special Order Merchandise
All Used, Installed or Altered Merchandise
*RESTOCKING FEES:
ALL returned items will be charged a restocking fee depending on the condition of the return and the type of appliance:
Unopened non-special order items in resalable condition will be charged a 10% restock fee.
Opened non-special order items will be charged a 25% restock fee if the item is in like new condition and can be resold.
Items that are damaged, previously installed or missing parts are not returnable.
